2. Level 1: A Focus on the Body
Level 1 is the entry into the field of holistic wellbeing: understanding the impact of energy on the body, learning methods to clear heavy energy and balance it. The course will introduce the origin, transmission, history, and application of Reiki, and will include two one-on-one attunements by the teacher; the practical application after attunement is the main part of the course.

3. Level 2: A Focus on the Mind
Level 2 focuses on 'Psychology': thoughts are composed of frequency and energy, and the course helps students break free from belief constraints. Students will learn three Reiki symbols and techniques for their use in daily life; these symbols will only function once the student has completed the Level 2 activation process. Students can also transmit Reiki remotely across time and space.

The Master Class primarily cultivates Reiki teachers. Upon completion, participants will be able to perform attunements and master the complete Reiki teaching process. The Master Class will also teach various opening techniques and methods, as well as all symbols of Usui Reiki and Tibetan Reiki.

Entry Requirements and Certificate
- Open only to students who have completed Usui Reiki Advanced. The centre expects students to accumulate practical Reiki experience before progressing to teacher training.
- Upon completion, the center will issue certificates related to the course and the IARP-recognized Usui/Tibetan Reiki Master Level certificate.
- Participants may also apply for membership on their own expense to complete the ICRT International Certification version of Usui/Tibetan Reiki, in order to connect with the IARP International Certification Master Level Teacher Qualification.

No Prior Experience
Start with Level 1. We suggest first reading What Is Usui Reiki? and Mikao Usui to understand Reiki's origins.
You Want a Reasoned Introduction First
Read Is Reiki Healing Effective? Scientific Perspective on Energy Healing The National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health (NCCIH) states that Reiki has not been clearly proven effective for any health purpose, but no harmful effects have been found. Reiki is considered an auxiliary method for relaxation and self-care, and it cannot replace medical treatment.

Can I Enrol Directly in Level 1 Without Any Experience?
Yes. The Level 1 course is designed for beginners and does not require religious background or special talent. The course includes the history of Reiki, the energy system of the body's chakras, the two attunements, and the body positions for self-healing and assisting others.
Must I Continue All the Way to Master Level?
It is not necessarily the case. If you only want to learn self-healing and care for family members, completing Level 1 is sufficient for daily practice. If you want to learn Reiki symbols and distance Reiki, you can take Level 2. If you want to perform attunements and teach classes to others, you need to complete the Master Level.
What are the enrollment requirements for Master Level?
Open only to students who have completed Usui Reiki Advanced. The centre also expects practical Reiki experience before progressing to teacher training.
What Certificate Will I Receive After the Course?
All levels are certificate workshops. Master graduates receive relevant certificates and an IARP-recognised Usui/Tibetan Reiki Master certificate from the centre. Students may also apply for membership at their own expense and complete the ICRT international-certification version of Usui/Tibetan Reiki towards IARP international Master Teacher qualifications. Ask the centre for details of certificates at each level.
