Teacher Profile: Cathy Wong
IARP-registered Reiki Master Teacher · NGH Hypnotherapist · Family Constellations Practitioner
Hello, I'm Cathy
Cathy Introduces Herself
Hello everyone! I am Cathy. I went through a reversal from prosperity to adversity and reached a low point in life. During that time, I explored hypnotherapy, family constellations and most Western holistic courses.
Finally, I am grateful to meet Reiki, I Ching, and the great wisdom of Buddhism.
With the guidance of wise teachers, my blessings and wisdom continued to grow. By applying Reiki transformation and Buddhist wisdom in daily life, I eventually turned adversity into prosperity.
Buddhism not only focuses on accumulating human and heavenly merits, but also emphasizes how to enhance our spiritual awakening and open our wisdom.
We want lives filled with abundance, happiness, peace and joy, and these depend on our blessings. Yet we often overlook what matters most. Through Soul Love Center's courses, I hope to share ways to cultivate blessings and wisdom and help everyone follow a positive path.
Maybe you are in confusion, maybe you are searching for the meaning of life, maybe you are seeking spiritual growth. I hope my course can become a good guide and teacher for you.

Family Constellation (Family Constellations) developed by German psychotherapist Bert Hellinger, is a experiential approach that observes the relational dynamics within the family system. For more information, see I Ching, Family Constellations and Reiki: Three Approaches to Deeper Healing 。
From Adversity to Abundance
From Prosperity Turning to Adversity, to Adversity Giving Way to Prosperity
Cathy used two terms from the I Ching to describe her experience:
| Expression | I Ching source | Meaning | Cathy's experience |
|---|---|---|---|
| Prosperity turning to adversity | The Tai Hexagram (11th hexagram) turns into the Standstill Hexagram (12th hexagram) | Favourable circumstances reach their limit and turn into adversity | Life has fallen into a deep valley, facing multiple difficulties such as money, work, family, and housing |
| adversity giving way to prosperity | The Pi hexagram changing to Tai | Adversity reaches its limit and turns into favourable circumstances | After encountering Reiki, the I Ching and Buddhism, she started again from nothing and rebuilt her life within two years. |
The Sequence of the Hexagrams says, “Things cannot remain open forever, so Standstill follows. Things cannot remain at a standstill forever, so Fellowship follows.” The way prosperity and adversity transform into one another inspired Cathy to integrate the I Ching into her holistic teaching.
